Since its doors opened in 1999, Gems at Paradise has proven to be a resort with world-class appeal, giving clients exactly what they want when they come to the Bahamas; a taste of paradise. Gems at Paradise sits just south of Clarence Town, Long Island Bahamas, overlooking the harbor and the town with its unmistakable twin spire churches. Owned and managed by Shavonne Carville, Gems at Paradise is a dream now materialized. Situated on 16 acres of beach front property overlooking low-lying Clem Cay, a pretty and popular anchorage and the Atlantic Ocean as far as the eye can see, Gems at Paradise occupies a rare and beautiful site. The elevation of the land coupled with over 200 feet of pink sand beach make this an idyllic spot for a (second, third, fourth) honey moon or a winter retreat. Gems at Paradise has three (3) fully-equipped condominium units, 1 two bedroom suite (kit/Dr/Balcony), 8 balcony rooms (King/Queen or twin) & three non-balcony rooms (King/Twin/Queen). Six of the units have sitting areas (three with balcony and three with partial ocean views). All balcony rooms and condos are ocean-view. The resort was also designed to appeal to long-term winter visitors. Up-scale accessories, quality furnishings, art, woodwork and Italian tiles grace the interior.
